May 11, 2024 - This bottle struck me as starting to hit its drinking window, whereas prior bottles seemed a bit too young to enjoy as much. Plenty of bead, but not too heady. A rich mouthful with the Pinot fruit coming through and balancing out the citrus elements. Acidity was meant for food, and it paired well with multiple different appetizers. I think that this wine will continue to improve over then next handful of years.
April 27, 2024 - SangioFest, Volume III "It's my favourite spot" (Chicago, IL): Good, but didn't love this. It came off a bit reductive. Showing a very strong red-fruited signature, this was fairly ornery and not quite as expressive as I would have expected, especially given how big a fan I am of the regular 2007 CdC. I'm told this was better the next day, but given the sheer amount of wine this evening, I unfortunately didn't have the chance to revisit this.

January 25, 2024 - The Roots Fund Charity Wine Dinner (Atelier - Chicago IL): Wonderful combination of apple, pear, quince, and berry with floral charm. Very good depth, very good now. I enjoyed this much more tonight vs when last tasted a few months back.
January 3, 2024 - I was surprised that this bottle, while attractive, seemed pretty soft at first. It was only scoring in the 91-92 point range. Fortunately, it did firm after about an hour of air. Hopefully, a downside outlier.

일단 로제는 컬러가 반은 먹고 들어가는거 같다. 매혹적인 컬러는 일단 합격!
입에선 부드러운 버블과 좋은 밸런스가 모나지 않은 샴페인의 좋은 모습을 보여주었다.(이 가격이면 당연히...)
하지만 변변한 안주 없이 깡 샴 하기에 아직 설익은 과실의 땡땡함은 부담 스러웠다. 아직 많이 어린거도 있지만 근본적으로 페어링의 문제이듯 했다. 스테이크 같은 묵직한 음식과 페어링 했다면 충분히 좋았을텐데 많이 아쉬운 꼼뜨 로제...

November 21, 2023 - From magnum, this came across as far too young and simple. It’s lost the simple fruit from last year and now in a slightly quiet/dumb phase. Hold for at least 5yrs. The 2006 alongside was more accessible. 92-93pts
November 18, 2023 - Quite nice .. had after a bottle of 08 DP rose and think we liked this one better .. nice bubbles, strong strawberry notes .. enjoyed for sure
November 16, 2023 - Tete de Cuvee Rose Tasting (Brookhaven, GA): Freshest color, duller red; powerful yeast and breadth, structured, big red fruit, a touch sour, opulent; I'd prefer this with more time or aeration.
