November 25, 2021 - Holding up nicely after 22 years. Fully into the 'aged' category now. A nice surprise.
July 21, 2009 - Golden color. Fine mousse. Nose of pear, some yeast. Similar on the palate with slight cinnamon. Great acidity. Still youthful in appearance. Lovely sparkler.
June 20, 2009 - Beautiful feel in the mouth with a crisp acidity underneath a lovely fruitiness. Hints of pears and melon and a hint of citrus.
November 27, 2008 - Had nice yeast notes with hints of strawberry and citrus. It really has a fairly hefty body which I'm sure the 80% Pinot brings to the party. Really enjoyed it, but it was screaming for food. Unfortunately, it was long gone by the time any food was ready to eat. I think it would have been a great wine to accompany the Thanksgiving Meal.

May 3, 2008 - Always a nice bottle; lighter and brighter than the extended tirage; fresh pear or apple with a soft, creamy texture.
January 8, 2008 - Very nice sparkler. Fuller and less angular than the regular Brut but lighter and maybe a bit more subtle than the extended tirage. Excellent stuff.
December 27, 2007 - Consumed during Christmas 2007 in Chicago; I agree with Wine Spectator --> pear, spice and toast flavors mingle effortlessly on the elegant palate, finishing with persistence. Lighter body than the extended triage bottles.
December 16, 2007 - Sweet pear with a hint of toasted biscuit over a very nice mouse. Beautiful sparkling wine.
