September 27, 2019 - Still in quite good shape, although with some aging signs. Still some tannins left and a slightly chewy mouthfeel. A hint of metallic on the palate. The black currant is almost overwhelming. All in all, a delight!

April 29, 2018 - Survived 14 years in reasonable shape. Perfect for burgers with all the trimmings. Dark, smooth, plummy. Short finish but wasn’t expecting great thing but got more than I expected

July 19, 2015 - Dark youthful core to watery rim. Sweet blackcurrant fruit with a hint of black olive and dusty paperbacks. The palate has ripe and rich cooked blackcurrant, totally integrated tannins and a lingering finish. Very good still and life left in it.

April 19, 2011 - I drank this bottle over three days, 4/17-19/11, which was beyond the 2010 drink by date. I found it to be excellent with crackers and cheese, and a very pleasant experience for 13.5%. It must have been wonderful before. I found it is still for sale on several sites. Investigate further for best vintage.
