March 5, 2024 - A bit on the sweet side and overpriced in a restaurant where I bought it. Okay, but there are better sparklers in the same price range. Produced in Healdsburg, not Napa Valley.

    December 25, 2023 - 13.8% abv
    52% Pinot Noir; 48% Chardonnay
No Vintage but "31st BOTTLING." Beginning in 2022 Mirabelle started designating the bottling number. The 31st bottling consists of 78% 2019 vintage with rest selected from previous vintages.

Served well-chilled (6c/43f) with Christmas Dinner. Nice light pale pink in the glass. Nose of Strawberry. Small, fine bubbles. Just a hint of sweetness. Crisp and Refreshing with a pleasant, lingering finish.

December 2, 2023 - Never a fan of this and this one does not change my mind. Can't believe this is $30 and features strawberry, minerals and spice. Needs more acidity and pales in comparison to their vintage wines.

September 27, 2023 - Really similar to the Schramsberg brut rose, but less refined.

    Nose: Strawberries, toast.

Palate: Strawberries, toast, cream, green apple. Medium+ acid, really fine bubbles, medium+ finish, medium body, just a bit of tannin. The sugar level is a little too high IMO, needs a little more acid to balance, but otherwise a really good value for $25 bubbles.

April 10, 2023 - A nice sparkler from California. This is good for drinking on a summer day. Smooth long on the palate, the Pinot Noir stands out; Chardonnay takes second fiddle.

November 16, 2022 - Complex apple, dried berry, toast, and mineral nose. Good fruit and definition on the palate; brightly acidic with strawberry and apple flavours that linger with a subtle sense of salinity.
    4/5

November 10, 2022 - Tasted at a restaurant where it may not have been quite chilled enough, but it seemed sweet without enough balancing acidity.

    November 1, 2022 - Pale pink.

Medium intensity on the nose with apple, raspberry, and pastry.

Medium intensity on the palate. High acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, medium finish.

Enjoyable, well balanced wine with good length, intensity and complexity.

October 15, 2022 - Nose and taste of red fruit, distinctly apple. Good balance. Fruit stays through the finish to the end of the bottle. Crisp, not too sweet. Again, nice bottle for the money.
