March 8, 2019 - Found some random old bottles in the back of the cellar, so we’re popping them all. This one, as would be expected, not good.
August 26, 2017 - Deep brick red. Lots of aged characteristics on the nose with soft dark fruits. Strong acidity and medium tannins (5/10). Medium bodied with dark red berries and balanced. Medium to medium plus finish. Drink till 2018.

November 2, 2013 - Surprisingly better than expected for drinking it in 2013. Soft, mild, and simple with a nice finish.
August 22, 2012 - Pizza with the fam. PnP, didn't take detailed notes on color but was full bodied, with cherry and oak notes. Surprisingly lush and fruity, I was expecting far less. Nice tannins on the finish, full through the mid-palate. Black cherries, blackberry, and oak dominate. Better than anticipated.
March 2, 2012 - Nose of raspberry liquer, coffee, and eucalyptus. There's also a little bit of hay. The taste is very sweet, primarily with cherry and cola. The finish is chocolaty, but pretty short. This really reminds me of a pinot. It's really light and zesty, and isn't your typical napa cab. Kind of wierd, but good. I wouldn't buy it again.

July 20, 2009 - Nice, but definitely at the end of it's prime window. Completely lacking in tannins. Fruity, but not jammy, overtones of sweetness but not complex. Mildly spicy. Drank with steak and garlic bread.
