January 15, 2007 - Garnet, nice legs. Strong nose of cassis and dark berry fruits; cherry, but darker. Taste is lighter and not a lot of body, but finish is fairly long and pleasant. Seems like oak with some vanilla in there. Alsace and Albrecht known more for whites, but this seems like a solid effort.
