February 18, 2024 - Drank side-by-side with 19' Meix Chavaux -- everyone preferred the 19' over this 17, which lacked a bit of acidity and tension by comparison and was more round and voluptuous.
January 9, 2023 - Helles Gelb. Klare, reine Nase, diese deutet schon die Eleganz an, die der Wein im Gaumen bringen wird, Zitronentymian, etwas Apfel, weisser Pfirsich, florale Töne, steinig, kühl. Im Gaumen mit messerscharfer Säure, blitzsauber, hochelegant, dazu kommt eine feine Cremigkeit, der Wein ist top ausgewogen, zeigt Schliff und einer hervorragende Länge im Abgang. December 17, 2021 - Lovely. Just a hint of green tint in the glass which is always a welcoming sight these days. Needs a good 30 minutes to open. Whiff of smokey reduction but then a gorgeous pitch perfect meursault.

April 3, 2021 - Roulot's Meix Chavaux shows a fine concentration of white peach and citrus blossom with only a light application of the producer's usual integration. Good cut. Offering early accessibility.
June 26, 2020 - A fresh and engaging nose of green melon, white peach and citrus blossom. It is full and unctuous in the mouth, with outstanding rocky detail and lemon-like acidity. Balance and proportion is spot on and it is a joy to drink at this early juncture.
February 5, 2020 - Delicate white peach aromas and flavours, trimmed with floral spice. Nervy and tense, with a chalk-laden finish.
