November 24, 2023 - Decanted an hour. garnet with minimal bricking and moderate legs. Black cherry nose with garrigue. Dark fruit with leather, fennel, a hint of prune, and dusty herbs in the long finish. Proved to be a great QPR....

October 15, 2022 - Popped and poured. Delicious. Good fruit, mellow tannins, very smooth. Wish I had more!

October 22, 2021 - decanted an hour. garnet with moderate legs. red berry and violet nose with garrigue. juniper and red berry as well as leather and spice with a long finish that complements the fruit.
March 6, 2021 - corked....this wine has really showed well in the past, and I pulled my last bottle as a treat this not. Alas.....CORKED
June 28, 2020 - well, i don't know about the last bottle. this one is far more consistent with the january 2019 notes. this wine is simply singing right now--all the way through a long, light finish.
