On the node: closed, with soft earth and wild strawberry and cinnamon spice. On the palate: good acidity, pretty density with strawberry and a mineral topnote...acidity picks up toward the end, and the tannin is very soft on the spicy finish.

December 31, 2020 - This is still a bit closed, but has enough fruit to hint at the future. Concentrated strawberry notes with some blue fruit undertones. Elegant, refined nose with floral notes. Palate is a lovely mix of fresh acidity and bright red fruit, chalky finish. Kinda interesting white pepper notes mixed in the finish as well. Continued to improve through the evening.
