  November 14, 2019 - Softer red fruit. Tiny bit stewed but not in a bad way. Became darker and meatier with air on the palate.

  November 14, 2019 - 1991 Burgundy (Chez Bruce, London): Spicy red fruit with a drop of caramel on the nose. Very fresh and vibrant on the attack and at its core. Youthful. Vibrant. Bright acidity. The Noellat picks up and pulls level (in a different style) after a while, but another 30mins sees the Jadot pull clear again. ****
