March 30, 2021 - 94% CS/5% CF/1% PV. Black cherry, blackberry and cassis. Creamy texture of dark chocolate, dried herbs, cedar, and subtle vanilla notes. Still has a nice balance to the wine with smooth tannins and long finish. At 17+ years this is in a great drinking window and can easily go another few years.

July 9, 2020 - Aging beautifully and still representing - but drink soon. Sandalwood and mellow integrated tannins blending peacefully with rich, deep blackberry, cassis, and a happy, long finish. Delicious still.

August 31, 2018 - Deep rich plums and other dark fruits. Boysenberry, etc. Other intense flavors include chocolate. Great structure remains from former tannins. Delicious. Drink now.

July 7, 2018 - Mixed blueberries & blackberries, followed by awesome mineral-based softened tannins. Air well and drink with food.

December 10, 2016 - Given the reviews of several years ago saying that it was going downhill, I was pleasantly surprised that the wine was still quite nice. Deep purple, soft tannins of an older napa cab. Dark cherry notes. Certainly not as fruity as years ago, but really nice.
