March 16, 2024 - Golden in the glass. After coming up to room temperature, floral aromas come forward, with ample fruit on the palate.

August 26, 2023 - Very nice US gewurtz but $$. We let this one age and it did very well. A little coarse upon opening but it opened to a beautiful wine that still showed some traditional gewurtz flavors with a nice apricot finish.

December 15, 2021 - This isn't my favorite varietal... so this is a great score from me!

August 18, 2021 - I am always skeptical of U.S. Gewurztraminer, but this is notably better than what I have had in a long time. It doesn't have the soaring aromatics of the Alsatian versions, but it's also not a massive sugar bomb (it's quite close to completely dry), so it has that going for it. There's clear lychee and spice elements, and the balance is good, so props to Team Bedrock, as this is a worthy bottle of Gewurz.

May 31, 2021 - Nice, bone dry Gewurz. Classic Gewurz aromas and a little more on the flinty side palate-wise. As others have noted, it's better a bit warmer than fridge temperature.

January 17, 2021 - Lemon, wet stone, and spice on the nose. The palate is nicely balanced, with bright fruit, waxy honeycomb notes, and good spice. Drink now or hold for another 2-4 years.

September 9, 2020 - Delicious Guava on the nose and palate with additional citrus on the palate, acidity is lovely and this went so fast. Will have to acquire more.

March 31, 2020 - Bone dry gewurtz, unlike typical showing for this varietal. Not bad but loses some of the lychee, rose oil characteristics and shows mostly mango, peach and stone fruit notes. Enjoyable, has depth of flavor and structure that is appalling, but I’m missing the sweetness I’ve come to expect. Great spicy Thai, Indian food accompaniment.
