August 10, 2021 - Of course, the caveat of no good wines, just good bottles. (especially true for white Burgundy!)
this bottle absolutely singing, the colour still very much more white than gold. Glorious white flowers, wet pebbles, orchard fruits, butter and lightly toasted bread. Magnificent.
Looks and tastes like a 5-6 year old wine, just starting to stretch it's (very long) legs. This particular bottle surely had a decade in front of it, but of course, White Burgundy with age and without diam is akin to goint to Vegas and spinning the wheel. This time, I had the luck, but with another 4-5 bottles in the cellar, who knows?/
    Awesome Meursault, wonderful bottle!!

May 13, 2019 - Showing oxidized notes but in a good way. Over the hill, still interesting, taking on some qualities of a Chenin, bruised apricot, lanolin, nutty nose, a little bit of caramelization that I find appealing but others were not fans of, could use more complexity given the pedigree and vintage. I would assume other producers came up with better showings.

November 5, 2017 - Purchased five years ago. Colour betrayed an older wine but no oxidation. Open bouquet. Biscuit and a touch of oak. Good acidity but lacked depth of flavour. Drink up.

July 3, 2014 - Via Alta: Oak, earth, toast and grapefruit. Good mouthfeel, it has good intensity though the oak is somewhat distracting as it comes in over the top of the fruit. Powerful but I'm not sure where it is going.

September 29, 2013 - Better than previous bottles. Good length and depth. A good example of vineyard.

August 23, 2013 - Truffle Dinner 2013 (Sydney, Australia): Worked nose - toasty, hone, pear, ginger. Very rich palate, rounded and intense. Drink now based on this bottle.

March 9, 2012 - Popped and poured. Well balanced and flavorful. Opened up over the 3 hours. Very nice white burgundy, but nothing to write home about either. Not sure if it was worth $50.
