October 28, 2013 - Had this in my cellar for almost 8 years - no obvious aging! Light style of wine with strong pepper / raspberry notes. Not fruit forward. Very country French in style.

December 30, 2007 - Aromatic--flowers, raspberries, and a bloody twang. Red pepper spiciness on the palate, violets, red currants, herbs, iron and earth...super quaffable and delicious! Along the lines of ruche.

March 18, 2007 - Nice smooth bottle of wine with hints of black pepper and black current. Nice for everyday. I finish half the bottle the first night and the rest the next. The second night it was even better.
