November 2, 2007 - Bottle was at base of neck / very high shoulder. Colour was a light gold, and getting lighter with more time in the glass. The nose was constantly evolving with light caramel, intermingled with citrus and marmalade notes. This followed through on the palate, the flavours lightly floating around the mouth, with the acid cleaning up any residual sweetness and leaving a long finish. A very delicious and harmonious bottle.
