June 20, 2021 - Cherries, brambles, and conifer on the nose. Nice and easy going on the palate. It's dry, smooth, and mid-bodied, with red and dark fruit flavors and balanced structure and acidity. Good food wine.

August 29, 2020 - I love my Alexander Valley cabs but this one just fell short of my expectations. There was very little complex notes in the flavors it just tasted like mass produced juice. I didn’t pair it with food so it may have been better with a good steak like most cabs but I can drink a cab without food and grab the profile at least.

March 10, 2020 - Very good value for Sonoma Cabernet. Better on second night, I thought.

January 22, 2020 - A bit tight when first popped. But this wine opened up nicely and offered nice dark fruit and dirt. I suggest opening and waiting 20-30 minutes.

December 24, 2019 - Certainly a bargain at Costco $13.99. Letting it breathe here - will return with a note or 2—. First glass has a little bite. We let it sit opened overnight and this one came alive. Really fruity with a nice deep taste. Real treat for the price
