January 29, 2013 - Casual Lunch with Frieds (Restaurant Bü's): Deep red and youthful color. Leathery nose with a bit of boisenberry and herbs. Not as overloaded as many Chilean Cabs. Pleasant finish of dark fruit and coffee. What a surprise and a nice argument against my bias againts Chilean cabs. At an early maturity stage. Put aside for a few more years. Drink 2015 - 2025.
