February 12, 2022 - Good cork, good fill level. Brownish when decanting, showed more red in the glass. A little bit of fruit left but the most obvious note was celery.
It didn't crack up over several hours but didn't develop into anything special either. It wasn't bad but it wasn't very enjoyable.

September 5, 2020 - Opened, aerated and decanted for about two hours. Nose went from fruit forward to sweet to balanced over that time. Wine has not turned. Was a bit cloudy but quite drinkable. Tart red fruit mostly, earthy undertones. Not a classic but enjoyable.

January 7, 2020 - Another Year, Another Napa (aka Winter in Wineland IV); 1/5/2020-1/11/2020 (Napa/Sonoma California): End of the bottle from a coravin where to a certain extent you are just drinking sediment. So take this note with a grain of salt. It's secondary and old bordeaux in an exponential manner Not fresh, but I have no idea how long that bottle has been 'opened' for, so could it have been? Maybe. To me it was all saddle oil and old leather and interesting, but not fresh which is something you look for in the old ones. It's on the downhill.

    September 14, 2019 - Leathery, forest floor

September 7, 2019 - Reminds me a lot of old bordeaux. There's a fair amount of leather and kindof older school notes. It's starting to be a big faded so good to drink up.
