    July 4, 2015 - Style Nouveau-Monde.
    Fondu.
Soulignons sa belle tenue pour son 10e anniversaire de vendanges, quand même.
    Mais on s'en lasse rapidement...

September 11, 2011 - Tasted with the '08 - kind of forgot i had this lingering...i was surprised that this is going strong - but overall, nothing overly complex. Deep inky purple with a little red rust - nose is dark berry and some oak notes. Palate is medium weight with some similar notes - finish is uncomplicated and a little earthy/oaky...nice enough esp given this was only 15 $ CAN at the time.

May 31, 2009 - On the nose blackcurrant and fruits of the forest, herbs and leather. Substantial and chewy on the palate showing more stewed fruit, menthol and meaty flavours. Acidity is good; this dealt with bbq meat very well. Medium finish. Still going strong, good for a few more years I think. Continues to be good value.

January 17, 2009 - This is a delightful chilean shiraz. We decanted it for 2-3 hours before tasting with a steak and salad dinner. The nose is wonderful with full berries and a spicy aroma. The taste is smooth and long with no harsh notes. Very nice Shiraz.

August 27, 2007 - Deep ruby. Fresh, ripe, youthful red and black berry on the nose, with plenty of pepper, hints of spiciness and a floral note. The fruit on the palate is very juicy and there's plenty of structure. There's plenty of tannin, the finish is medium. A fresh, youthful, interesting wine with some time ahead.
