April 13, 2024 - Slightly corked but otherwise in good shape. A shame.

January 2, 2024 - Still drinking beautifully! Still good tannins and power, along with a delicate perfume.
That said I would drink up this year.

February 19, 2023 - PnP. Dark red, beginning yellow edged, 5.5. Generous mature Medoc bouquet, pencil, cedar, dark fruit behind. Harmonious palate, m+T, mB, mA, racy palate, long elegant finish. Really fine old school Medoc. Drink now-2028. I’m in doubt of the really long term evolvement.

December 27, 2021 - Medium/light bodied, deliciously matured Bdx. In carafe 2h before drinking, still fruity and alive, nice smooth tanins. Great now but should have another year left on the meter.

December 14, 2021 - Firm, stoic, austere, old-school, crunchy red berry-packed wine with a strong touch of green peppery herbs and tobacco leaf on the nose and palate.

October 29, 2021 - Delicious, mature Bordeaux with lots of oomph left in it.
Went nicely with lamb shank stew.

March 7, 2021 - A gift from a friend, in my cellar for a while. Drank with Charlotte, needed a pairing for grilled sirloin w Chimichurri sauce, potatoes and brussel sprouts...PnP, drank over an hour

Dark ruby color. Nose showing dark fruits, cedar. Palate of aged dark cherry, plum, cassis, tobacco. Tannins fined and smooth. Secondary notes of dark fruit and mineral. medium weight and finish.

Great pairing for the steak...was good right out of the bottle, changed a bit over an hour. In a good spot, nicely aged. Not likely to improve much from here. Drink now
