February 11, 2024 - Very good out of Magnums! Fresh lively bubbles with that PN nose with refreshing acidity and nice mouth feel. Good area for making sparkling wines!
February 5, 2023 - Great balance, dry, small and copious bubbles, great breadth of flavor. Delicious. I think it has a while to run in cellar.
November 13, 2022 - A beautifully presented salmon colored rose, extremely effervescent with a thick and finely beaded mousse. Strawberries and red cherries with a very crisp backbone and an intriguing hint of spice. Delicious now, I don't know if it will improve in the cellar, but it will definitely gain a darker fruit complexity.
May 28, 2022 - Elegant, dry, crisp: delicious. Also the second day.
August 24, 2021 - Delicious, tart wine with fruit tones cherry, raspberry. Delicious with a summer dinner. I think this one will keep for quite a while.
July 28, 2021 - Salmon in color. Very dry and crisp with raspberries, strawberries and tart cherry. High acidity and lots of effervescence make this a good summer wine. Pre dinner with friends, enjoyed by all.
April 23, 2021 - Crisp dry with great flavor. Many very small bubbles. Spectacular wine. I think its salmon color will make it a great festive wine, but great to drink, as tonight, just because.
November 10, 2020 - QPR good at $44. Compares well to champagne. Still nice and fruity, strawberry and sour cherry dominate. Bright acidity as expected. Nice dense mousse. Improves as it warms a bit and effervescence subsides.

First bottle from half case. This is a bit bigger than the 2015. Nice pink color, raspberry and citrus on the nose. Same on the palate, very dry, lots of acidity, crisp, flinty, and probably a little early. This should improve some with a little more time in the bottle
