December 14, 2011 - Aromas of light red berries and yeasty dough. Similar flavors on the medium body palate. Nice acidity and earthiness on the finish.

December 10, 2011 - Not as good as prior bottle tried 6 months ago. Pale pink with nice mousse and light bead maybe due to being drunk from white wine glass at local BYOB. Also, could have been chilled some more. Yeast and citrus on the nose. Very light palate of mineral and yeast. Soft and lacking punch and acidity. Hard to believe it was a rose and not a blanc de blanc. OK, but not as good as I expected.

June 3, 2011 - Pale pink. Nice mousse and bead. Yeasty nose with a hint of citrus and chalk. Delicious, refreshing palate with nice acidity. Mostly mineral, some apple with a hint of citrus. Very nice with food. Purchased on sale from PLCB at $18 which always raises storage concerns. Should have bought a case.
