May 25, 2024 - Wow! Pleasantly surprised by a beringer wine in this price point.
Nose is super rich with notes of dark stewed blueberries and black currants, tobacco, and vanilla. Palate is viscous with flavors of dark berries, earth, vanilla, graphite, and over the top dark chocolate. Balanced. Good tannins. Long tingly finish. Could go another 3-4 years but great now.
May 6, 2024 - A big wine. Dark in color and not a lot of fruit, mostly oak. Second day was more satisfying.
March 7, 2024 - Initial impressions on PnP: Very heavy on the oak in the mouth, which I'd swear was American, with overpowering vanilla. Opaque purple color. Viscous. Hopefully this settles down with some air. Not fair to rate right out of the gate.
March 3, 2024 - Ripe bing cherries and sweet wood aroma. Cherries, cocoa powder and really good underlying acidity. Really good right now.
February 29, 2024 - Well balanced, great legs, nice dark fruit nose, nice balance of fruits and tannins and a clean finish. we like the 375 bottles
February 19, 2024 - Glad I waited. Quick decant. Dark fruity nose. Soft tannins. Full bodied. Great QPR.
February 2, 2024 - Tobacco, wet stone and blueberries and floral notes.
Hint of vanilla.
Med tannin. Jammy blueberies, mocha and candied cherries.

January 20, 2024 - deep ruby color; nose of dark berries cocoa tobacco and earth; well structured with nice mouth feel but the dark fruit flavors tasted a little old. Still a decent wine
January 19, 2024 - Mycket god! Doftar ek, läder, eukalyptus. Salt, friskt, mjukt, pepprigt och fylligt.
January 6, 2024 - Drinking well now with steak. Cherry, blueberry, raspberry, with good nose. Should drink well for the next 2 - 3 years.
