July 3, 2016 - Deep garnet. Full body. Long legs. Tobacco, Red fruits, in a very good place right now. Prime drinking window. A bit chalky.
It smells like cranberry, gooseberry and red currant.
It tastes like strawberry jam, violet, light toast and coffee.

June 30, 2016 - Wow fruit just jumps out of the glass with currants, plums and blackberries. Then in the mouth there is a slow fade into earth and tobacco.

December 31, 2015 - Great as always, although it is starting to go downhill. The prime time for this wine was 2 years ago. The wine is still great but it will not evolve anymore and I suspect 3-5 years life left. I still have a few bottles and I plan to drink them all in the next 12 months

February 14, 2015 - Decanted, strained for sediment, and drank over three hours. Perfectly balanced wine. Shows more Bordeaux characteristics than CA cabernet. Earth balanced with fruit.
