Nez riche, complexe, sur des notes de bonbons au miel, les fruits à chaires jaunes, la lavande & une petite pointe de citron. L'ensemble est fort invitant & une petite touche crémeuse en arrière plan apporte une dimension gourmande intéressante.
La bouche est riche, large, grasse en attaque, l'acidité est basse mais aucune lourdeur n'est ressenti malgré tout. Finale longue, sur les épices, des notes d'avoines & une légère pointe d'agrume. Fort agréable!

May 29, 2022 - 盲品，淡柠檬色，闻香能感受到明显的奶油味，刺槐花和杏的香气，入口酸度中高，酒液甜美，杏，菠萝，白花，后段辛辣，余味也是漂亮花香，一支酒体饱满强劲，香气浓郁的酒，给人的感觉很成熟，应该是来自一个偏热的地方，用桶也很精致，带着法式的优雅，酒还很新，有着很长的陈年潜力。果实很成熟的感觉，杏一类的果香，让我想到的是一些做得比较好的意大利白葡萄酒，比如Miani，但是酒给人的感觉还是很平衡且很圆融的，应该来自法国
