June 25, 2023 - Something floral, cherry, black tea. Boiled sweets. Medium bodied, still some tannin. Gained weight after being open a few hours, was initially red fruited and noticeably alcoholic, became more savoury and rounded. Barely any orange colour at the rim, youthful appearance and taste. Excellent well balanced mature Barbaresco.
