July 13, 2007 - Made by Chapoutier of the Rhone Valley in France, this Limestone Coast Shiraz is deep purple in colour. Berry fruit, white pepper and wood on the nose are followed by a full palate packed with plum. Hints of vanilla and liquorice complete the picture. Certainly not as elegant as Chapoutier's French offerings, but nice.
