November 27, 2010 - This one was very light, but elegant and pleasing. Very almost Chablis-like with nice minerality and pale citrus with butterscotch representing the oak.

August 8, 2009 - Mineral notes offset but fruit and caramel. Coming along nicely, probably another 2-3 years.
