Great with food - the acidity was a great counterweight to yellowfin tuna with garlic and ginger, and then salmon on the next evening.

December 11, 2008 - Wife had while i was outta town. Said it was a letdown. Less earthiness, more metallic and tart than previous bottles. Picky girl - especially considering I buy it all. Oh, and she said it was better solo, than paired with dinner.
