November 12, 2023 - Deep red-pink color. On the palate, there are notes of strawberries and sweet red berries, with some slight brioche and bitter herbs in the finish. Bright and frothy mouthfeel. Nicely made crémant.

August 12, 2023 - Wonderful Whites of Germany, Alsace, Austria (K&L Wine Merchant - San Francisco): Tingly nose of bright, really fresh, light white and pink fruits with dried and sparkly minerals.

Gentle fruits similar to the nose, great effervescence complimented by a gentle spice, bright minerals and a soft and subtle bitterness.

This is awesome for what you pay for.

May 10, 2023 - Delicious with hints of strawberries on the nose and on the palate . Excellent bubbles, long lasting, was great with Chinese dumplings and fried rice tonight along with a wonderful shredded broccoli slaw.

    November 6, 2022 - Medium ruby colour.

medium (+) intensity aromas of strawberry, cranberry, grapefruit, lime zest, wet stone, crushed oyster shell, a hint of biscuit.

    Medium (+) intensity palate.

Medium body, high acidity, medium finish.

Great QPR. This wine has a lot to offer, don't serve too cold!

September 28, 2022 - 100% Pinot Noir. And in Alsace you can't blend red and white apparently. So its 100%. Taste of high doasage but it is a darn nice place to start. Precise.

April 16, 2022 - Sabred (I know how to do it) and got glass everywhere. Wondering if the pressure was unusually low, or high?

July 17, 2020 - 100% Pinot Noir. Soft nose featuring tart red berry, citrus, and leesy characters. The medium-bodied palate is slightly frothy with gentle acids and a dry flavour profile of red berry, citrus, and bready flavours with a touch of herbal bitter notes. Good length on the dry, slightly bitter finish.
