    June 2, 2023 - Nose has hints of green apple and mineral tones. Mouth features more green apple along with bracing acidity without too much minerality. It’s a passable food friendly wine due to its neutral taste and high acidity. Could see this pairing very nicely with a spicy Asian dish.

    May 5, 2022 - A pretty perfect everyday wine with seafood. Had ice cold with fish tacos for Cinco de Mayo and it went as well with the fish as a lime margarita. I’m sad I have only one bottle left and summer hasn’t even arrived up here in Seattle. Looks like I’ll just have to drink champagne…

Very much a summer wine that cries out for shellfish. Had with freshly steamed Norwegian king crab legs. Perfect.

    February 8, 2022 - Green apple. Tropical fruits. Nice acidity. On the sweeter side. Drinks like a Riesling. Not bad.
