June 2, 2023 - Nose has hints of green apple and mineral tones. Mouth features more green apple along with bracing acidity without too much minerality. It’s a passable food friendly wine due to its neutral taste and high acidity. Could see this pairing very nicely with a spicy Asian dish.
December 12, 2022 - Bright. Effervescent. Clean and crisp. Good food wine.

May 5, 2022 - A pretty perfect everyday wine with seafood. Had ice cold with fish tacos for Cinco de Mayo and it went as well with the fish as a lime margarita. I’m sad I have only one bottle left and summer hasn’t even arrived up here in Seattle. Looks like I’ll just have to drink champagne…
February 11, 2022 - Green apples and lime on the palate. Bracing acidity. I think it tastes more like a Rias Baixas Albariño but with the enamel-raking acidity of a Loire Valley sec chenin blanc or an Austrian Gruner Veltliner. Slight effervescence. Very much a summer wine that cries out for shellfish. Had with freshly steamed Norwegian king crab legs. Perfect.
February 8, 2022 - Green apple. Tropical fruits. Nice acidity. On the sweeter side. Drinks like a Riesling. Not bad.
January 25, 2022 - Bright, nice effervescence, notes of tropical fruit and white flowers. Good warm weather wine and pairs nicely with seafood. (A to Z: H)
