April 5, 2024 - Super delicious and aromatic white from La Spinetta. In the nose, I had flowers and premature pear.

May 15, 2022 - Double blind tasted against Loire Sauv Blanc.
Pale gold, Medium (-) intensity; aromas of lemon, pear, lime, light floral note. Fairly high acidity, medium body & alcohol (13.0% ABV), medium (+) to long finish. There is is a little grapefruit bitterness/tart on the finish - nice comparison/contrast to the Sauv Blanc.

Palate:white flowers, tropical fruits (nectarine) cheesyness (lees) salty mineral. quite bold. fresh acidity
fuller body, higher alcohol.

January 5, 2022 - PnP and drank out of Zalto Universals. Medium yellow color with some white floral and crushed stone on the nose. Racing acidity and good presence that is primarily fresh grapefruit juice. Decently long finish. Kept going back to the bottle over the course of the night. Will buy again

November 14, 2021 - Appearance: medium gold.
Nose: medium minus intensity; aromas of pear, grapefruit, yellow apple, white blossom, toast. It’s developing.
Palate: dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavour intensity, medium finish.
Overall, it’s a good wine. Drink now!
Not very expressive on the nose upon opening. Give it 20min and some small floral notes come through. On the palate, there’s some grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Good balance but nothing surprising. A solid food wine.
