January 22, 2022 - Still good, but not as expressive. Bottle variation or starting to fade? This is certainly a wine to be enjoyed in its youth. Still some nice lychee and rose petal flavors and bouquet. Drink soon

September 18, 2021 - Another excellent showing. Classic lychee and rose petal smell and flavors with a good ripe fruit mouthfeel. Really well balanced. Excellent QPR. Can drink on its own or with food. Definitely a must try

August 12, 2021 - 92+. While this is "light and soft" its loaded with flavors. Instead of being over the top, its a perfect harmony. So beautiful. Showing better than last time. A perfect expression of the varietal (I feel like I am eating Gewurztraminer grapes) with a delicious bouquet and flavors of lychee, rose petal, perfume, spice, honey. Off dry. Perfectly balanced. Drinks so well now, why try to age it. A steal for this kind of quality. Sadly this may not get the respect it deserves and as such may not be made again. This really merits being made annually. If people knew the quality in the bottle, this would sell out in a flash. Great QPR. A must try. Of note, I had a small amount left in the bottle corked for 3 or 4 days out of the refrigerator and when I went to retaced it it's still tasted fresh lively and fruity

April 8, 2021 - Pale straw color. Nice fresh floral bouquet of spice, lychee, hints of smoke. Very light dancing on the palate, but not watery. Good flavor and concentration. More airy. Delicious. Like a Gewurztraminer Spatlese with flavors of grape skins, lychee, mineral, floral notes, honey, tea, bacon fat. Long finish. Off dry to slightly sweet. Delicious now. Drink now and over the next couple of years. Delicious. Excellent QPR. Different stylistically than any of the other kosher Gewurztraminers that I have had so far (and that's a good thing). Definitely a must try. If you like Gewürztraminer, you will not be disappointed. Can sip on by itself or have with food (especially Chinese food)
