May 6, 2023 - Lemon, starfruit, slate saltiness, lush mouth feel but finishes with racy acidity. Has a dusty, chalky quality which is enjoyable with the bright albeit underripe fruit tones. Probably the best Sandar & hem Chardonnay I’ve had to date!

March 13, 2023 - Pale straw in color. Nose: lemon, the sea, apple, suntan lotion. Very beachy vibes. Modestly round flavors. Margarita elements… lime. Salt, power but not overtly alcoholy. Great minerality. Peach, strawberry. A touch hot. 12.7. Very good, drank at cellar temp.

October 28, 2021 - Delicous, wound up tight, best on day 3. Less reduction and tropical fruit than the 2018 which I loved. Blind, would call it chablis all day long. Really nice wine... Great balance of fruit and acid. Nice concentration, excellent minerality and length. Great viscosity. Can't wait to see how it unfolds once it gets some age on it. Comparing the Bruzonne, Bald Mountain and Le Beouf side by side really showcase the differences in the site. Top Tier SCM Chardonnay!
