October 18, 2008 - buttery, nice subtle fruit. Not a crisp finish like most bruts, but good mouth feel.

April 11, 2008 - I was worried this was past it's prime, but I was definitely wrong. Beautiful nose of toasty oak, with apples and a hint of Cherry. Great mouthfeel with a wonderful finish that wouldn't quit. Very good bottle of wine.
