October 24, 2023 - Cork was failing but we really breathed the wine and it showed that it will be really good in a few years
October 2, 2023 - Quite dark in color, the nose is a bit savory, with hints of riper fruit, deeply flavored, with deep, dark red fruit, pretty decent acidity, tannins are fine, almost hidden by the palate intensity, there’s just a hint of riper sweetness, but this holds the line pretty well. A big wine, nicely balanced, with some nice flavor components to be interesting. Enjoyable.

체리, 블랙베리, 카시스, 허브
높은 산도에 꽉찬 팔렛, 피니시도 나쁘지 않다.
취향과 관계없이 가성비는 괜찮다.
다음날 마시니 훨씬 밸런스도 맞고 과실미도 풍부해져서 좋았다.

November 10, 2021 - Wednesday Cellar Visits in Burgundy - Louis Jadot, Faiveley, and Bernard Moreau (Cote d'Or): Barrel tasting at the domaine from a single new oak barrel. Black berries here from start-to-finish, coming across as rich and balanced in its youth. Good weight as well for its level, likely to drink well young.
