January 6, 2012 - Big minerality on the nose, along with a nice whiff of jasmine. The minerality carries over into a very tactile experience on the palate, with stony flavors coating my mouth and an almost salty, mouthwatering finish. Demands to be eaten with food and worked great with the fillet of sole and steamed clams we had for dinner.

Mineral driven nose with hints of white fruit and some earthy elements.
Nice rich mouthfeel with light flavor of slate, dry apples, and dust. Quite dry and a touch lean.
    Paired nicely with sea scallops.

August 23, 2011 - Very smooth and promissing nose, taste of ripe fruit with a little hint of minerals, great with the tarbut from the oven with lavenderblossom.
