February 2, 2024 - Didn't mean to drink another of these so soon; but so it goes; again took a bit to open up; 45 min at least; fresh and vibrant with apple, pear, lemon peel, floral and mineral; very good intensity and depth and continues to develop and gain complexity and depth. Diam 10 closure. Recommend a couple more years as I think it will improve; but its good now with air.

November 17, 2023 - This is good; still young and fairly tight; gave about an hour of air; lemon, green pear, floral, some mineral and reduction. Good tension and builds with more air. Should continue to develop well.

October 23, 2023 - Clear light yellow. Tight nose, lemon, mineral and light reduction . Delicious lemon and mineral flavours and a long dry wet stone finish.

It definitely improved over the afternoon.

September 27, 2023 - Coop's. Didn't just like it, loved it. Very much a white Burgundy style chardonnay. Impressive.

September 16, 2023 - This is really rounding out. Nose of pineapple and afternoon sea breeze; mouthfeel, very textured, showing-off a good deal of extraction. I couldn't find tech sheet, as I'm curious about oak aging and whole cluster use. A complex wine, whilst a bit disjointed at present, should age into a top bottle.

September 15, 2023 - Clear light yellow. Really nice reduction, just the right amount, citrus, mineral, white flowers and a hint of lemon zest. Delicious precise dry lemon, mineral and pear flavours and long dry delicious finish.

Not 99 for me but I could see why Erin Brooks scored it that high. I am sure I would guess White Burgundy from a great producer if I had this blind.

September 6, 2023 - Floral aroma with a hint of green apple and vanilla. Crisp and refreshing to drink. Noticable acidity. This wine is an easy drinker.

July 11, 2023 - Good with linguini and clams...not quite up to the hype though, in my opinion.
