November 12, 2021 - Golden yellow, some oxidative notes and not a ton of bubbles but still fresh. Nice acidity and generally very tasty.

May 7, 2021 - Bought at auction out of curiosity (birth year). Good ullage. 43 years old and the cork still popped slightly. Served at 12C. Gold colour, slightly cloudy. Small amount of fine bubbles but acid makes up for lack of fizz. Oxidative. Needs time in the glass. Honey and fortified (port) on the nose. Long palate. Over the hill but still interesting and enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend deliberately leaving them this long.

May 1, 2021 - Dark amber in color with fine mousse.
Christmas toffee apple, madeira, aromatic spice with a touch of coffee. Potentially slightly on the decline but what a wine! Superb!

    November 4, 2019 - Helblint 191013 Skåne BYOB

    Kolafärgad - galet mörkgul-brun

Doften ger Kola!

(Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon) Light medium apricot gold color; beeswax, tart lemon, baked citrus, honey nose; tasty, gorgeous, medium bodied, rich, tart lemon, tart kumquat, mineral, tart apricot palate with great balance; long finish (in a flight of four Doms, this was the group's WOTF)
