May 25, 2011 - WIMPS Iberia lunch- dark fruits on the nose, solid purple color, in the mouth it is very full round , plush. extraced but smooth. many at the table said it feels like it hasnt change since they made it, which is prob true.... maybe a few more years and see then
May 12, 2011 - deep dark through and through young. polished/toned wine. as said before a very modern take on rioja. would be interesting to see what this is like in 10+ years
March 8, 2011 - drunk with bbq- deep dark purple wine, blue and purple fruits on the nose and mouth , medium -to full body, medium length, balanced, youthful, reminded me a bit of cali cab, very new world even if it is old world
April 11, 2007 - drank at home...wanted to try this as bought a few at a bin end sale.dark purple, black fruits on the nose but still a fair amount alcohal on the nose..in the mouth not as hot as i thought it would be...well balanced with lots of berry flavor, slightly dry. mouth filling with a long aftertaste...this was good example of new style rioja which i think will get better with some more time
