March 15, 2024 - Judgement of Wimbledon share by Alastair.
Absolutely stunning. Doesn’t taste like champagne at all (a HUGE plus). No need to adjust score for awesomeness or drinking terroir. This is legitimately stunning!! Mature, but fresh, powerful. So intense and complex. I absolutely LOVE this wine. -

Quite sherry kind of baked apple nose, low acidity snd fruit, almost like apple juice. Very few bubbles
