August 28, 2015 - nicer than I expected. A bit austere but benefited from decanting and went nicely with dinner.

November 12, 2011 - This wine was fantastic. Not sure it will get any better than it is now, but it clearly was not on the decline. Subtle tannins, great nose and finish. Looking forward to comparing to later vintages.
February 2, 2011 - Last bottle. Very disappointing. Corked. Wish I had pulled this one first in the series.
August 19, 2008 - enjoyed very much.
May 23, 2005 - Opened not decanted. Dark purple color with a whiff of alcohol and over ripe fruit; slightly sweet taste of raisins, berries and chocolate; not overly tannic with a little sour 10 second finish.
