  February 12, 2022 - Beginning to decline but still nice with a rich osso buco on pasta. I'll open my last remaining bottle soon and hope for the best.

  December 3, 2017 - This wine has really aged beautifully. I bought a case in 2004 and have been drinking it intermittently over the years. Had two bottle last night, serving immediately after decanting. Rich and fruit filled. Fully integrated tannins but still adequate acidity to balance. Lasted through a 3 hour dinner (fettuccine Bolognese) and still going. Two bottles left and will drink within the next couple of years. Nice.

  May 15, 2010 - Pulled this one out of the cellar to share a nice, reasonably priced Tuscan with a friend. Firm upon opening but mellowed nicely in about an hour. Lots of plum, cassis, earthy flavors and a beautiful dark ruby color. Drinking nicely now and should also be good for a couple more years.
