March 8, 2024 - Farven meget tæt og næsten uigennemsigtig. Mørkerød, Purpur. Meget klar og skinner lidt. Duften er pænt åben. Meget ungdommelig. Masser af modne bær. Blåbær er tydelig. Kan fornemme træfade. Virkelig dejlig. Smagen god stor krop og tydelig bitterhed. Moden frugt med en vis sødme, som klæder den. Mellemstor koncentration. Har også tannin og syre, men det er pakket fint ind i frugten. Lang eftersmag. Dejlig vin som smager rigtig dejligt nu
February 19, 2024 - Nice cherry fruit, very fresh and juicy still quite primary. Ready to be consumed could stay in the bottle for another 5 years. The wine drinks very well, it has a nice acidity and fruit. That said, not super complex, at least at this stage and for sure compared to the 2021 vintage of the same bottling that we tasted side-by-side.
January 17, 2024 - 인생 키안티 중에 하나인데 Bottle Variation이 실재할 수도 있다는 교훈만 얻은 와인.
다만, 아직 어린 와인이다보니 덜 풀려서 그런건지 정말 품질 훼손이 있었는지 까지는 모르겠다.
혹시 가지고 계신 분이 있다면 조금 나중에 드시는 걸로.
입에서 이태리, 그리고 키안티 특유의 산도가 거의 느껴지지 않아 실망스러웠다.
생각해보니 과실미도 약했는데 이것도 키안티에서 이럴리가 없다 싶네.
아마 블라인드를 했으면 이태리 와인인 것은 맞췄으려나?
November 20, 2023 - Ruby red color. Expressive nose, raspberries, red 🍒. Very fragrant. Palate is juicy, nice acidity. Supple tannins, red 🍒 and raspberries also on the palate. Hint of leather and finishes with gripping (in a good way) tannins. Long. Excellent with the chops and fennel puree
July 6, 2023 - Medium-deep ruby red in color. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, plums & strawberries with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, herbs, spices, minerals & a hint of iron in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of sour cherries, plums & strawberries with herbs, spices & minerals. Lingering finish. Accessible at present with decanting & extended airing (90+ min.) but has the structure to continue with further development with additional aging at which time it may rate even higher (92+).
June 21, 2023 - Left a large glass under vacuvin for 3 whole days- what’s in the glass on day 4 now has that comforting inviting richly developed sangiovese nose and palate that I crave. Outstanding quality at its price point
