    October 19, 2008 - popped and poured at restauraunt; cherry and earth nose; medium bodied; somewhat muted and closed dark cherry with a slightly odd sour component seems related to cedar notes and acidity; tannins are still noticeable;opened over an hour or so and went well with the gamit duckconfit, cheeses, and halibut. lots of stuffing, and will likely be better over time
