May 25, 2015 - Decanted briefly. Great cork seal and a great bottle, like a time capsule of a great Washington vintage. It's nice to see that the Tapteil bottling can indeed age quite well in a good vintage. Obviously new world with the qualities of a mature Bordeaux and the sunshine sweetness. Sweet wild blueberry and blackberry, tart cherry and red currants, asphalt road, toasted oak, burnt marshmallow. Drink now-2016.

December 6, 2004 - A great bordeaux style from the NW. Balance of fruit/oak and tannin/acidity presenting a finess wine in contrast of the fruit bombs of late. I sorry I have none left.
