Community Tasting Notes 2

September 24, 2021 - Opened and poured w/spaghett and meatballs. Ruby to clear on the meniscus. Very iron laden nose, with vanilla high notes on a very acidic frame. Unique nose. Lively acidity, with some depth. Decent fruit carrying the day on the acidic frame. A good wine, my first Scholium and I would try more offerings.
