March 23, 2014 - Deep color, lots of sediment. Dark fruit and some spice. Paired well with beef.

December 18, 2013 - Not the 'wow' I had hoped for. Not bad, but not great.

November 25, 2013 - This wine needs a long time to open up. It is "beefy" wine. Would go well with steaks or braised short ribs. It has a great long finish, but otherwise kind of a dull wine. I agree that there isn't any "wow" factor. This wine isn't even near its peak - probably at least 3-5 more years.

September 6, 2013 - Nice wine, but compared to other petite sirahs I've had, there was just no 'wow'.
It was well made, but not exciting. It wasn't a very good QPR either.
