    December 5, 2015 - Think this is still holding up well. Full bodied, smooth. Definitely need to decant this, moderate level of sediment.

    June 4, 2015 - Popper and poured at room temp - would describe it as a hot mess. Actually couldn't finish it since wasn't good. Day 2 tasted much better. Maybe keep holding? I don't know. Puzzling wine - this is my last bottle and happy to be done with it.

    April 22, 2015 - I thoroughly enjoyed this wine. While the wine in the glass seemed to beginning to show some age (slight brown rim) the wine in the glass was fantastic. Plenty of fruit, some mocha and lovely integrated tannins. I had a bottle of this when I first bought four and was a tad disappointed but it has really matured well and I think will drink well for a few more years.

    Served with oxtail braised in a tomato sauce served over pasta, wonderful match!!!!
