December 22, 2011 - The oak is still there a bit, at the back end of the mouth. But the nose has developed a nice mix of youthful citrus with an animale funkiness that some older Chablis get with time.
Really nice acidity, I wouldn't hesitate to cellar this a little longer. -

October 27, 2007 - Very good Chablis, perfect to drink right now (not sure how it will hold), good combination of acitidy and minerality, with nice fruit on the end of the palate/finish. High end Chablis to be enjoyed right now.
